Patatas Nana, which owes its name to the poem by Federico García Lorca, “Nana de Sevilla”, was born from the intuition of Chef Michele Gilebbi and his old friend, Francesco Mazzaferri.
In just a few years since its debut, this young company has revolutionized the world of chips with a product of absolute excellence, simple, genuine, with minimal and captivating packaging and a dazzling success.
As evidence of the great work on the quality of the raw material and on the entirely artisanal production process, Patatas Nana has triumphed twice, in the innovation section of the 2017 and 2020 Barawards, the Oscars that go to the excellence of Made in Italy, becoming in a very short time the gourmet potato chip preferred by star chefs and the most sophisticated trendy venues.
It is 100% artisanal, has no preservatives, is grown with obsessive care, is dried in the earth, fried in a pan in pure sunflower oil at 155° and finally salted by hand.
