ANTICA MASSERIA CAROLI: valorisation of the territory and quality

Antica Masseria Caroli was born over 45 years ago, when Stefano Caroli decided to open an oil mill in his name, with the dream of starting the distribution of his own brand extra virgin olive oil in the following years. And this dream will not take long to come true…

Only a few years later, in fact, the oil was bottled with the "Antica Masseria Caroli" brand, thus contributing to the valorisation of the territory and its extra virgin olive oil. In the meantime, the farm has taken on the characteristics of a well-structured and consolidated family reality which sees Stefano supported by his wife Vittoria and subsequently by his children Giuseppe and Antonella.

In 2000, thanks to the deep-rooted love for the territory, an artisanal pasta factory was acquired for the production of fresh and dried pasta, and, in collaboration with some farmers, the SENATORE CAPPELLI “Terra dei Trulli” wheat community was established for the recovery of the ancient and highly prized variety of durum wheat “Senatore Cappelli”.

A story of passion and constant success, rewarded by the favor of the public and the recognition of specialized critics over the years.
