Cantina Noventa – Botticino DOC organic wines

The Noventa winery is a small artisanal winery that makes organic cultivation an essential point.

It produces wines from the small DOC Botticino, very elegant and expressive wines of the territory, awarded by all the sector guides.

The elegance comes from the particular microclimate that is created in this area: in the soil there are very high percentages of limestone, calcium carbonate and other minerals, which together with the clays, give rise to the typical Marls. The minerals are then absorbed by the plants and contribute to the structure, giving flavor and elegance to the wines.

The configuration of the territory does not allow the use of machinery, the slopes are high. There is no possibility of mechanizing the work; to date, most agronomic practices are carried out by hand, with extreme care to preserve every single bunch and every single plant.
