The production of such particular wines is made possible by the particular combination of terroir and microclimate: this is the fortune of the BOCA DOC region. The porphyry soil of volcanic origin is one of a kind in Italy. The mild climate of the Pre-Alps with significant temperature variations and the hills to the north which prevent the arrival of cold winds are the basis for excellent ripening of the grapes. The philosophy in the vineyard is based on low yields which favor healthy and ripe grapes. All the vineyards are immersed in the woods of a natural park which favors the rich development of flora and fauna.
